So on our first visit as families since 2010, we had to play some Euchre!!!
Angie and Mike broke in the New Year with a commanding win 10-2. (The m&ms helped!)
Game 2
Howie & Mindi jump out to a 5 point lead, but don't score again as Angie and Mike steamroll 10 straight points for another Win!!!
Game 3
Again, Howie and Mindi jump out and stretch out a lead to 9-5. Unfortunately for them Angie and Mike scrape 1 point by 1 point up to trail at 8-9. Then on a bold call, Howie gets "euchred" and Angie is a WINNER!

After the break we learned a new game, "6 man euchre."
It wasn't pretty for Angie & Mike ( with Kayla and Jake at times). Mindi & Howie (with Emily) trounced them three straight games.
That was enough for the evening. "Brutal" was the one-word synopsis from Angela.
